Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential (CCC preferred)
- Previous experience working in school settings, ideally with elementary and middle school populations
- Strong ability to evaluate, develop, and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, collaborating with students, teachers, and families
- Dedication to fostering student growth and providing compassionate, evidence-based care
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide speech and language services to students in grades 3-8
- Develop individualized therapy goals and deliver interventions in both group and one-on-one formats
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Document student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and input data according to school procedures
- Maintain compliance with district and state regulations
