Pediatric Speech Pathology - Norwood Young America, MN
This opportunity is for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position in Norwood Young America, MN, supporting students from 1st through 11th grade. Services are provided in-person, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a contract starting ASAP and extending through May 29th. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload spanning a wide range of ages, providing vital speech and language support in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech-language therapy services to students from 1st to 11th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of the pediatric population.
- Monitor and document student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Minnesota state license.
- Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in pediatrics.
- Availability for a full-time schedule, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Ability to provide in-person services only; teletherapy is not included.
