Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure for school-based SLP practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates will be considered
- Prior experience in a school setting highly desirable
- Ability to work with children and adolescents (ages 3–18) with varied speech, language, and communication needs
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and initiative
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between buildings
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations, direct therapy, and consultation for a TBD caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families across three school buildings
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with all school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Offer professional guidance to staff and families regarding communication strategies and interventions
- Manage a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–4:00pm, with travel breaks built in
