Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current license (or eligibility) in the state of Washington
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, strong CFs considered
- Recent experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering students’ communication and learning success
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and communicate progress with families and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student academic achievement
