Join a specialized educational service team providing essential Speech-Language Pathology support in rural schools near Eugene, OR. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students in rural school settings within the Junction City School District.
- Collaborate with educational and special services staff, including psychologists and behavior consultants.
- Implement and support augmentative communication systems tailored to student needs.
- Maintain thorough documentation while upholding confidentiality standards related to student information.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Oregon teaching license with Speech Impaired or Communication Disorder Endorsement and/or Oregon Speech-Language Pathology License.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-Speech) preferred.
- Experience working with moderate to severe disabilities and augmentative communication systems highly valued.
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- First Aid/CPR certification may be required.
Location & Schedule:
- Position based in Eugene, Oregon with onsite service delivery.
- Approximately 8 hours per week.
- Assignment duration: ASAP through June 12, 2026.
