Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Kansas SLP license required
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
- School-based SLP experience or strong interest in pediatric populations
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 65 elementary students
- Skilled in conducting both therapy sessions and evaluations
- Organizational skills to coordinate services at two school sites, with flexibility to plan your own schedule
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to cultivating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy interventions to elementary-aged students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and communication logs
- Adapt and modify therapy materials as needed to address diverse student needs
