School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Englewood, Colorado

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience in a K-12 school setting or comparable pediatric caseload preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a school-based team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments of student communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services on campus
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
