Position Details:

- Site: Magma Ranch Elementary School
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Wednesdays 8:00 AM – 12:45 PM
- FTE: 1.0 (40 hours per week)
- Caseload: 57 students, including 15 students with Speech or Language Impairments (SLI-only)
- Team: Supported by an SLPA who attends twice weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech-language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals.
- Manage a caseload that includes a range of communication disorders, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize strong organizational and delegation skills to coordinate therapy priorities, schedules, and paperwork efficiently.
- Support the SLPA and provide supervision as needed.
- Engage in problem-solving and develop strategies to overcome challenges associated with a large and varied caseload.

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
