Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility for Texas SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are both welcome
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and families
- Commitment to providing individualized and evidence-based interventions
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult with educators, staff, and parents to support student progress and classroom success
- Offer support and guidance across a diverse caseload spanning various age groups and communication needs
- Participate in team meetings, staff development, and professional learning opportunities
