Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure for SLP practice.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) strongly preferred.
- Experience working with pediatrics in educational or healthcare settings.
- Solid understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and school-based documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver in-person speech and language therapy to students across a range of ages and needs.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.
- Document sessions and maintain compliance with school and federal guidelines.
- Educate families and staff to facilitate carryover of strategies outside of therapy.
