We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Ellettsville, Indiana. Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide evidence-based therapy services to pediatric and/or adult clients.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and treatment records.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home programs.
Participate in care planning and team meetings to ensure quality outcomes.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current or eligible Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if mentorship is available.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
