Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Elk River, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and relevant documentation
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct therapeutic services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Documenting services in line with school and regulatory standards
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to goal-setting for students
