Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active Minnesota SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcome
- Experience with elementary age students preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary school students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in IEP and student support team meetings
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to school and legal standards
- Offer consultation to staff and parents regarding student language and communication needs
