Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elizabeth, New Jersey

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain
- CCC-SLP credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience with pediatrics or schools preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
- Document student progress and maintain thorough records
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support academic achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Adjust interventions as needed to best serve each student’s unique profile
