What you bring:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist License (CCC-SLP required)
- Previous experience serving pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Your responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify needs and monitor progress
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes for each student
- Deliver therapy through individual, small group, and/or classroom-based sessions as needed
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student success
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support the special education process
