Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Elgin, TX

This is a contract position running from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, for 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of educators and specialists to support students’ speech and language development in a collaborative, enriching setting.
Qualifications:
- Current active Texas SLP license
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent clinical credentials
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish required
- Ability to manage a caseload of 55-60 students across K-12
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct speech/language therapy to K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
- Maintain timely documentation according to state and school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique cultural and linguistic needs of bilingual students
