Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology interventions tailored to individual student needs from PreK to 12th grade, with primary focus on high school students.
  • Manage caseloads ranging from 40 to 64 students, including addressing backlogs and providing catch-up services for those lacking prior support.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, documentation, and required cleanup related to speech services.
  • Work onsite during full school days to ensure consistent and impactful therapy delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date state licensure and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid State Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required.
  • Experience working with school-age children, ideally with background in K-12 settings.
  • Ability to manage large caseloads effectively, with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort servicing high school students as well as younger grades (K–8).
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work full days; part-time considered only if full workdays are completed.
