Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | El Cajon, California

In this role, you will provide a range of evaluation, therapy, and consultation services to preK-12 students, collaborating closely with educators and families to support student success. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible SLP license
- SLP-CCC or CFY credential (strongly encouraged to apply)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric therapy
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure cohesive support
- Maintain timely documentation, progress monitoring, and required reporting
- Offer consultation and strategies to school teams, supporting students’ daily success
- Stay current on industry best practices and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
