What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Organizational skills for maintaining documentation and progress notes
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to students one-on-one and in small groups
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to coordinate student care
- Document services provided and maintain accurate progress records
- Participate in meetings and activities to ensure IEP and policy compliance
