Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minnesota SLP licensure or eligibility required
- Prior school-based and/or pediatric experience preferred
- Must be able to work onsite; hybrid schedule considered
- Experience with diverse student populations a plus
- Candidates requiring CF supervision or SLPA candidates cannot be considered for this position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to PreK-12th grade students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment programs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Accommodate flexible scheduling based on building needs (hours generally 8-4)
- Support culturally and linguistically diverse students to achieve their educational goals
