Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
- Active Minnesota SLP licensure
- Current PELSB certification
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Delivering speech-language therapy services to K-5 students in accordance with IEPs
- Assessing and re-evaluating students’ speech and language abilities
- Documenting progress, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Attending IEP meetings and contributing to goal-setting
- Participating in RTI/MTSS initiatives as needed
- Maintaining compliance with state and federal special education regulations
