Key Qualifications:
- Valid South Dakota SLP license
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to multiple school sites within the district
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment district-wide
