Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Columbus, OH

This role runs from now through June 6th, 2026, with flexibility to accommodate part-time candidates available 2-3 days per week. What we’re looking for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license, Ohio certification required.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or SLP Clinical Fellow (CFY) will be strongly considered.
- Experience working with pediatric and school-based caseloads, particularly elementary-aged students.
- Understanding of communication disorders and strategies for nonverbal students.
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and in-person sessions.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and evaluating students with communication needs within the elementary school population.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in coordination with educational teams.
- Delivering targeted therapy to both verbal and nonverbal students.
- Maintaining progress records and updating stakeholders on student outcomes.
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and other therapists to support student IEPs.
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise for best student outcomes.
