What You'll Need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid SLP license
- Eligibility for or possession of North Dakota SLP certification
- Prior experience supporting students in a school setting
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
- Case manage students requiring speech and language services, creating and implementing individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy to students, adjusting strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with classroom staff, families, and other professionals to ensure best outcomes for every student
- Document sessions, progress, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and data-driven decisions to support student achievement
