Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to K-12 students with a range of communication needs.
- Manage a caseload that includes students exhibiting aggressive behaviors and autism, ensuring appropriate therapeutic strategies.
- Collaborate with educational staff and support personnel to tailor interventions in a center-based setting.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification (SLP - CCC preferred).
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and effective intervention techniques.
