Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and delivering therapy to children from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborative spirit with strong communication and organizational skills
What You'll Do:
- Deliver speech-language services in person to students, supporting their academic and personal success
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop engaging and individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and document progress in accordance with school guidelines
- Work closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students’ needs are met
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to inform service delivery
- Remain current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
