Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Dover, PA

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services for children in Pennsylvania. Three onsite SLPs are currently needed to work directly with students either in early intervention or K-12 settings for the upcoming school year. This is a valuable chance to have a meaningful impact on young learners while being part of a dedicated, supportive educational environment.
Available roles include:
Role A:
- Two SLPs for North Eastern School District
- Hours: 8:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, 35 hours/week
- School year: August 18, 2026 – May 27, 2027
- Caseload: 50-55 students in Conewango Elementary and Mt Wolf Elementary (includes both regular ed and autistic support)
- Responsibilities: In-person therapy, progress monitoring, IEP development, some case management across two buildings
Role B:
- One SLP for Early Intervention (ages 3-5)
- Year-round schedule: 8:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, 35 hours/week
- Location: New Oxford/Gettysburg area
- Focus on special education needs with dedicated weekly paperwork time
- Frequent school breaks incorporated into the schedule
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification
- Pennsylvania Teaching Certification (must be provided with your resume)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered if the agency sponsors supervision
- SLPAs are not eligible for these positions
- Strong collaborative skills and an enthusiasm for working onsite with multidisciplinary teams
