Step into a meaningful role supporting students’ communication needs in schools near Dover, PA for the upcoming academic year. We’re seeking dedicated, onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a collaborative educational team serving Early Intervention through K-12 settings. Multiple contract positions are available, each offering the chance to make a substantial impact in public school environments.
Available Assignments:
- Two onsite SLPs: Provide in-person services for the North Eastern School District, working M-F, 8:00 am–3:30 pm (35 hrs/week), August 18, 2026–May 27, 2027. Manage caseloads of 50–55 students (regular ed and Autistic support) across two elementary buildings, including some case management.
- One onsite SLP: Support Early Intervention (ages 3–5) in New Oxford/Gettysburg, M-F, 8:00 am–3:30 pm, year-round with frequent school breaks. Dedicated paperwork time is included.
- Additional school-year SLP/SLPA role in an elementary setting in York County; schedule is M–F, 8:00 am–3:30 pm.
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Active Pennsylvania SLP certification and teaching certificate
- Prior experience in school settings and working with diverse student populations (EI, K-12, Autism support)
- Strong communication, documentation, and case management skills
- New graduates (CFs) may be considered if eligible (agency must cover supervision fee)
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide in-person therapy to students of varying needs and ages
- Collaborate with special educators, staff, and families
- Maintain compliance with documentation and IEP processes
