Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school settings or with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to tailor therapy plans for both elementary and middle school students
- A passion for empowering students academically and socially
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct speech and language therapy for students in grades 3–5 and middle school
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
