Travel School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Dover, Delaware

This full-time speech-language pathology position offers a rewarding opportunity to support students from kindergarten through age 22 in a travel assignment located in Dover, DE. Working 37.5 hours per week, you will contribute your expertise in speech-language therapy to address a variety of communication challenges and developmental delays.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering individualized speech-language therapy services focusing on assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language skills, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, and receptive/expressive language delays.
- Conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify student needs.
- Preparing detailed, insightful reports based on student observations and test results.
- Supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities ranging from ages 2 to 22.
- Developing and maintaining IEP goals tailored to student progress.
- Collaborating closely with parents, teachers, and team members to discuss developmental progress and intervention strategies.
Ideal candidates will:
- Hold or be eligible for a Delaware state license in speech-language pathology.
- Have previous experience working with moderate to severe disabilities.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and thrive in collaborative team environments.
