Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Dover, Arkansas

As an SLPA, you'll assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in delivering treatment, supporting IEP development, attending team meetings, and participating in evaluations and documentation. Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an active Arkansas SLPA license
- Experience in school settings or pediatrics preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and documentation a plus
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in assessment, treatment, and documentation for student caseloads
- Support in IEP meetings and contribute to report writing
- Deliver therapy under supervision and track student progress
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Uphold ethical standards and policies of the district
