Essential Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings is highly desirable
- Skilled in teletherapy and comfortable with technology-supported services
- Ability to meet all compliance requirements, including fingerprinting and background checks
- Strong communicator, able to collaborate via Zoom and in-person
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for elementary students across two school locations
- Manage an itinerant caseload, providing both assessments and individualized treatment
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, develop intervention plans, and document student progress
- Take part in paid administrative time and all mandatory team meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support teams
