What we’re looking for:
- Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist certification/license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing speech and language services in school settings (K-12)
- Flexibility to serve a range of student ages and needs as an itinerant professional
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fully onsite therapy—remote work is not available for this assignment
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive speech and language interventions to students from kindergarten through high school
- Conducting evaluations, assessments, and individualized therapy sessions
- Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Developing and implementing effective IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Providing consultative and direct services, with scheduling and caseload influenced by your professional strengths
