Speech Language Pathologist in Dixfield, ME

Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience working in school settings with children or adolescents is highly desirable
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability and a collaborative approach to working with interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored for each student
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group formats, targeting a variety of speech and language disorders
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise on speech and language goals and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to provide holistic support for each student
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
