Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed or in progress
- State licensure as required
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical SLPs with a passion for education are encouraged to apply
- Able to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Strong evaluation, documentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Travel between school sites as directed to provide speech and language services
- Manage fluctuating caseloads and support with caseload overages
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ goals
- Maintain timely, accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
