Qualifications:
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology or a closely related field
- Current and active SLP licensure in Ohio
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students aged 4-15, building individualized plans to address a variety of speech and language needs
- Maintain and organize a manageable caseload, ensuring high-quality, impactful support for each student
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress toward students’ communication goals
- Collaborate daily with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster an inclusive, communicative learning environment
- Maintain timely documentation and contribute proactively to team meetings and IEP reviews
