Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for supporting the communication needs of elementary school children
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Document intervention, progress, and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development and school-based activities as appropriate
