Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Detroit, Michigan

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experienced in pediatric and/or school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support teams
- Comfortable adapting therapy approaches for diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
- Maintain all required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver therapy services individually and in small groups within school environments
