Speech Language Pathologist in Sterling Heights, MI

- Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility
- Proven experience working with school-aged children
- Confident delivering both group and individual speech/language therapy
- Commitment to providing in-person services (remote work is not available)
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to provide support across a variety of school environments (elementary, preschool, middle, or high school)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language development
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Delivering direct speech and language therapy services
- Collaborating with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
- Attending IEP meetings and contributing expertise to the multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
