Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school professionals to support student success
- Regularly document progress and maintain accurate student records
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Provide direct and consultative services, adapting methods to individual student needs
