- Serve a dedicated elementary caseload
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for the state
- Schools-based experience preferred; strong new graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with IEP processes and delivery of speech/language services in the school setting
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide targeted speech-language therapy for elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain records in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings to contribute professional insight and recommendations
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs and promote positive outcomes
