Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist at a thriving educational environment near Decatur, GA. This contract role offers the opportunity to work at the elementary level and become an essential contributor to students’ communication and learning success throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (either required; both will be needed eventually)
  • Open to Clinicians holding both SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship (CF) credentials
  • Certification for Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs) through GAPSC welcomed
  • Experience providing services in a school-based setting, preferably at the elementary level
  • Proficient in individualized student assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite speech-language therapy services to identified elementary students
  • Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Conduct evaluations, progress assessments, and provide documentation per district requirements
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and caregivers to foster student achievement
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and special education processes
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential student records

This position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, giving you dedicated time to focus on your students. The assignment runs from late July 2026 through May 2027, providing the consistency needed to build strong therapeutic relationships.
