Qualifications:
- Current Michigan SLP license required
- ASHA CCC preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
- Experience (or strong interest) in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide inclusive, student-centered services across K-12 grades
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Complete documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development and progress reporting
