Qualifications we’re seeking include:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license issued in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
As part of your responsibilities, you will:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students in PreK through 5th grade
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth
- Maintain accurate and timely records per district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
