This contract opportunity calls for passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide direct services in a dedicated onsite setting. Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience working in schools, particularly with ASD populations, highly valued
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in speech therapy for diverse student needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to best practices in ethical and culturally responsive care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy to a caseload of 40–55 students in an ASD environment
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), maintaining compliant documentation
- Conduct thorough assessments to inform targeted intervention strategies
- Work collaboratively with special education teachers, support staff, and families
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
- Create supportive, inclusive learning experiences tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
