Speech Language Pathologist in Davison, MI

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license (or eligibility for state licensure)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or actively pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, including IEP process familiarity
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students requiring speech and language support
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
