Speech Language Pathologist in Davis, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification in California

- Recent experience working in school-based settings is highly desirable

- Comfort supporting a diverse K-12 caseload across multiple locations
- Commitment to onsite service delivery—remote options are not available for this role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement IEP-directed speech-language interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Serve as a resource and guide for teachers, families, and staff regarding speech and language development
- Maintain detailed documentation for assessments, progress monitoring, and compliance with federal/state educational requirements
- Manage a caseload determined by your experience and areas of preference for a more personalized and rewarding workload
- Facilitate group and one-on-one therapy sessions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
