Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Completion of Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC)
- Active registration with the Board of Speech Examiners (documentation required prior to start)
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatric services is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Open to both on-site and VOCO SLPs; familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs for K–5 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to foster student progress
- Provide engaging, evidence-based intervention both individually and in groups
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports; participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Rotate across three campuses, providing well-rounded support to elementary learners
