School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Dalton, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY considered
- Experience in a school setting highly desired
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with a broad range of speech, language, and communication disorders
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload, anticipated between 30 and 40 students
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and other stakeholders to support student success
- Participate in IEP development and meetings, providing expertise and progress updates
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and student progress
- Provide resources and training to staff and families, as needed
