Pediatric School-Based SLP | Dalton, Massachusetts
This opportunity is for three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide specialized support in a school setting from August 2026 through June 2027. The position is onsite in Dalton, Massachusetts, with a scheduled 32.5 hours per week. The caseload will range from elementary to high school students, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment to apply your expertise in pediatric speech-language services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across elementary to high school levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress regularly to adjust therapy goals accordingly
- Participate in professional development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the school
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience working with pediatric populations, including school-aged children
- Familiarity with school-based caseload demands and responsibilities
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
